ShardStitch is a local-first tool for continuing interrupted AI coding work. It uses project files, Git changes, recorded decisions and verification state to prepare a trust-labeled handoff. It distinguishes what the local project verifies from claims that still need checking. The previous AI session does not have to be available for a disk-based recovery.
