The tools matrix lists 31 AI handoff targets, but "supported" does not mean identical integration for every tool. The receiving path may be a project pickup file, an MCP connection where the target is a compatible client, or a pasteable continuation prompt for a web chat. Setup and recovery depth vary by tool.

For a specific target, read its detail page from the matrix. In particular, a web-chat handoff is not a claim of native MCP support, and ShardStitch does not directly control or repair a provider's remote session. The matrix separates handoff method, MCP status, and session-recovery outcome.
