# ShardDesign: development status

Canonical page: https://shardstitch.com/design/

ShardDesign is a planned visual editing workspace for supported website projects. Its proposed Guardrails MCP would help review sitewide content and technical search risks and prepare evidence-led repair scopes for approval. Neither the visual editor nor the Guardrails MCP is publicly available as a finished product.

An audit finding cannot establish why a search engine changed a site's visibility. No tool can guarantee citations, rankings, impressions or clicks. Do not confuse this planned feature with the existing ShardStitch handoff product.
